 Investigate and address the declining trend in sales revenue for Adidas during the 2020-21 fiscal year. Identify the root causes of this decrease, including factors such as changes in consumer behavior, competitive market dynamics, product performance, and regional sales variations. Develop actionable strategies to revitalize sales growth and enhance overall brand performance in the face of these challenges. 

Datasets :

  • Data Consist of 2020-21 Yearly sales and revenue generated by adidas footwear, officially published by adidas organization.

Analysis :

  • The analysis of stores, focusing on the top-performing stores in terms of revenue, sales, IR%, ISU%. This analysis will provide valuable insights into the best-performing stores, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning for the future.
  • This analysis helps businesses determine evaluate the effectiveness of geographical sales, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • This analysis will provide valuable insights into customer segmentation across various promotion’s, shedding light on the effectiveness of these promotions and the opportunities

• Analysis says that sales gained adidas from retailer (Walmart) who sale adidas streetwear shoes online, is $2.48M.

• Average price comes $267.84.

• Southern side of world region ordered more as compared to other regions

• Sales gained by Men's Street Footwear is $3.52M where as Women Street Footwear is just $1.75M

• If we compare Men's Apparel which is $2.18M and on the other hand Women's Apparel sale is $1.55M and Athletic Footwear of Women then adidas gained $1.55M.

Conclusion :

• The revenue generated during the last month is $0.32M from all products.

•  Our exploration of sales data and market trends has provided valuable insights into customer behavior, product performance, and geographical dynamics, offering a nuanced understanding of the underlying issues. 

•  It's imperative to implement a system for ongoing monitoring and evaluation to track the effectiveness of our strategies and adapt them as needed in response to evolving market conditions.
